overall costs

Post by Joe Naylor »

I know it is about fees and I am saying that FedEx with an account cost less.

However, If UPS loses packages and damages packages that cost someone too.

All I have to do with FedEx is as a customer and they are very good. I have had bad luck with UPS only a couple shipments went through without some kind of a problem. The least of which was they did not deliver in a timely manner.

My experience for over 12 years with steelseat.com

FedEx ruined a p/p Emmons for me and I had to take them to court to receive any kind of compensation.

Erv and others; many times over and over; it is NOT the shipping company that destroys/ruins...etc the guitar/product..... it turns out THE PERSON THAT PACKED IT...is to blame.
(and yes THAT makes shipping costs go up too)!!!!!.
