It's definitely Dan Galysh. Dan's played steel for artists like Aaron Tippin, Rodney Atkins, Lee Ann Womack before playing steel with Joe Diffie.

May want to check on the band lineup for this particular show. A group that I was working with opened for him at a local theater and he was only backed by another acoustic guitarist and a keyboard player.
