jon, i think bruce pretty much explained what you are referring to. which is no problem what so ever. this guitar plays in tune and stays in tune, bruce points out the quality of the tuners which was made by mr. sonny jenkins. if you are interested in buying my zum please continue, if you have no interest in it, PLEASE do not muddy the water....thanks jack....if anyone wants to come to my home and play this guitar u r welcome to do that
