Well this might have been discussed before, but I am hunting some more Paul Franklin material to listen to. Well some people please enlighten me on their favorite album that Paul played on?

My favorites are the George Strait stuff from the 1980â€™s, the Vince Gill stuff from the 90â€™s, Dire Straits/ On Every Street & On The Night, the Notting Hillbillies thing with Mark Knopfler, and the New Nashville Cats Ã¡lbum from 1991.

You really canâ€™t go wrong with any of the albums he has been on, and he keeps doing more. Itâ€™s already an amazing legacy for him and the instrument, and now heâ€™s doing the instructional method too. When does the guy sleep??

Thanks for the reply, my favorite album Iâ€™m listening too right now is Wesley Dennis. I like Paulâ€™s version of Borrowed Angel!

Yes Bill he did. My favorite of Paul's work is Play by Play, which is not at all country.

He also had â€œ acoustic â€œ. Seems like it was spelled differently but the cd was one side steel guitar and the other Ped-a-bro instrumentals. Really good cd.
