No reply from Dave and Sophia at Telonics

I have been trying to contact Dave or Sophia at Telonics since the 6th. January 2020 and have sent 4 emails to them but so far have not had any reply. In desperation I contacted their UK representative here in the UK who has also tried to contact them within the last 2 weeks but to no avail. Can any member enlighten me as to why the lack of any response. Thanks in advance for your help.
