I especially hate when that happens and there IS a steel guitarist in the band!
Short but relevant story: One time I sat in with a band that played Sleepwalk and the lead guitarist did all his faux steel guitar parts and never even gave me a solo on the song! _________________ www.JimCohen.com

Too bad. Trisha's first CD was terrific. I was blown away by her voice, the songs and production on that recording.
I guess some artists shun the steel guitar on tour...a let down for steel pickers who attend these shows. |

Paul Franklin played steel on her records. He was also in her video "The Song Remembers When". |
