I am offering my Nechville Moonshine up for sale. As you already know, Nechville Banjos are superb instruments. They are well known and played by many of the top banjo players around. I love my Moonshine open back but find myself playing almost no clawhammer lately. This Moonshine is an EX STD and has an Ebony fretboard, premium figured maple neck, a classic shaped peghead, the Nechville thumb scoop and Excelsior Heli-Mount frame. It also has a Tubaphone tone ring, Nechville wooden armrest and a hardshell case.
The upgrades include the Saturn and Stars inlays and a Nechville pop on resonator. The banjo lives in a TKL hard case and comes with a Lakota Leathers cradle strap and the tools required to perform adjustments and setups on the banjo.
New prices would be:
$2900 for the Moonshine
$250 for the popon resonator
$150 for the nickel plated frame
$250 for the Saturn an Stars inlays
$55 for the Lakota Leathers strap
$150 for the TKL case
Total replacement cost would be $3745
