Great solid state amp for steel. 100 watts through an EVM-15L. Kinda rare.
Moog designed this circuit for Gibson (they had the same parent company at the time) and released these amps in the early 80s. The circuit on the second channel is really interesting and can get into lots of different territories, including light breakup if you want. Sounds great with my Tele, too. Got a great deal on a Webb 614-e recently and although they're pretty different animals, I can't justify having two amps of this size.
Compressor circuit does work, but it's misbehaving a bit - I have a feeling it's the on/off switch or the pot. Otherwise functions perfectly. Could probably use a once over by a tech as a whole, but I would have no hesitation playing a gig or recording (and have, quite a few times) with this amp.
Would really be unreasonable to ship this thing. Local pickup in Chapel Hill, NC. Could drive and meet you somewhere, too.
Would also take trades for OM and OOO acoustic guitars, a pair of nice 5" studio monitors, recording gear, Goodrich pedal plus cash. Hit me!

Price Lowered
Price lowered. These really are solid performers as mentioned above. Would also trade for a bass rig.

Nice
Give Ray Flack a shout in Nashville. Seriously, he loves those things and cut all that great Ricky Skaggs stuff with one identical to that. That's a smokin' amp for steel and nothing sounds better than a EV15L
