which is better ghs nickle or ghs super steels?

There is no better, it's just a matter of taste. Stainless will be a little brighter but they will last a little longer than the nickel in my experience
AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps. My current rig of choice is 1993 Emmons LeGrande w/ 108 pups (Jack Strayhorn built for me), Goodrich OMNI Volume Pedal, George L's cables, Goodrich Baby Bloomer and Peavey Nashville 112. Can't get much sweeter.

I prefer nickel wound over stainless with metal necks. Stainless is a little to bright for me.

Nickel gives me better tone and the bar slides over them easier. :D

You have thousands of dollars invested in guitar, amp, seat and misc. and then you put on the cheapest strings, what's wrong with this picture? :whoa:

After spending thousands on a guitar, amp, seat, misc. There is no money left for strings. :D
