C6 TAB Lapsteel Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton

Post by Bert Farroach »

Hi lapsteelers,
Home after a beautiful journey in the south of Europe.
Back to steelworks ! :D
This time I took the quiet Claptonsong to make an arrangement for C6 and tab it.
I think it'll work fine for melodyplayers, that want more than the wellknown hawaiian tunes.
Not too difficult, not too fast.

My version is here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cMgCcu ... e=youtu.be

If you like to have the full 3-page tablature with an mp3 backing,
just email me, and I'll send it to you for free as always.
Best regards,
Bert

Bert you did it again! Great arrangement for Tears in Heaven. Such a great tune to play on the lap steel. All of your tabbed songs have helped me learn the C6 tuning. I like that you have tabbed a wide variety of song genres. :D

Hey, Bert--What's your lap steel of choice these days? Do you use the same one for all your tunes?

Steven: To be honest, I wouldn't know! This is the one cheap lapsteel I bought about six years ago,
and learned to play and become friends with  .
Anyway, I wouldn't have the money to buy one of these legendary instruments!
But no problem, music comes from inside, and I find my way! :D
