Sho Bud pedal rack

Does anyone have a pedal rack that would work for a sho bud "The Professional"? I bought one from Johann ! of Bentley Steel 5 months ago but he never sent it and stopped responding to messages after I paid him. So if anyone has a pedal bar I'm really in need because I just have this beautiful pedal steel with no pedals or rack to hold the pedals and I already lost a few hundred dollars by trusting the wrong guy.

What could he sue for, publicity related to a sales transaction? Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement to purchase from him?
