Would have used the Musician's Friend return policy but I got jerked around at Carter so long that not only did the musician's Friend return period expired but so did the Carter warranty. Gotta give the Fabians credit where it is due. They do a great job of stalling till the warranty is up.

By the way, Musician's Friend and Carter guitars are two separate entities and it should be noted that this thread does not concern Musician's Friends warranty. It is directed solely at Carter and the Carter Starter and the lousy customer service and treatment that I received.
