All I see are foreign ASCII characters at the bottom of the message. They were probably typed on a foreign keyboard.

If you want me to analyze the message, forward it as an attachment to me through the forum email system. Or, copy the entire source code and paste it into a PM or email it to me.

Those are foreign character set letters. They are plain text and can't harm your device. I suspect that email but would need to read the source code and headers to know where it originated.

I have a blog article detailing how to display the original source code and headers of suspect emails and how to simply forward them as attachments to somebody like me for analysis.

The most trusted anti malware program in the world is Malwarebytes. You need to get McAffee off your system if that's the case and sign up for Malwarebytes. Easy peazy will do all the work for you. All other anti malware softwares that I know of contain malware themselves.
