knee lever kit fender 400-1000

Post by Willis Vanderberg »

I have made a very nice set of left and right knee levers for a fender cable steel. I wonder how much interest there would be if I made these kits to sell ?
Anyone interested ?

I don't have the capabilities/tools for making my own, but if the drawings are something I could take to a machine shop to have done I could give it a shot.

Looks pretty nice in the pics. Question - are the "stops" something off-the-shelf anywhere? I need to get a couple for knee levers I have for my 400 that came without stops.
[This message was edited by Jim Sliff on 08 February 2006 at 12:09 PM.]

Bud - Have you figured out if you're going to make/sell them yet? Also, any thoughts on making a pair for the *front* neck on a 1000?

For all of the Fender guys who inquired about the knee levers. There is progress being made and I will let you know. I have some very serious health issues at the moment that need to be addressed immediately.
Please be patient and stay tuned.....
