seeking adapter to fit EF86 tube into 5879 socket

Have a tweed Gibson GA-40 that sounds great, but way greater w EF86s than the stock 5879s. My friend has two chinese made adapters that he ordered at some point, but neither of us could find anything like that for sale. Plenty of adapters to fit a 5879 into an EF86 socket, but not vice-versa.

Any help appreciated. Thx!
