S-10 Excel C6th Pedal Steel $1750 Shipped/Lower 48
Just checking to see if there is any interest in a dedicated C6th pedal steel. 5 pedals and 2 knees (RKL and RKR). Setup standard C6th, with G on top, knee levers lower 3rd a 1/2 and raise 4 a 1/2.
New split road cases, and 2 leg extensions so you can play like a console steel standing up. Extra pedal included, but not installed.
This is a lightweight setup. The guitar weighs 27# set up, and the main case weighs 10#, and the pedal bar/leg case weighs 5-6#.
$1750 shipped in the lower 48.
Bank check, or Paypal if you pay the 3% fee.
I also would trade this guitar and some cash for an all-pull mica D-10 with 8x5 minimum.
PM for any questions, Thanks Mike

Nicholas and Ian - Thanks for the kind words about this guitar
Russell - I am not sure, they may be quite different...
Scott - Here are a few undercarriage shots with the open cases with the extra pedal, pedal rod, bellcrank and 2 different length pull rods and tuning nuts.
The 6th cross-shaft is already installed, every part you need for the 6th pedal is included, excluding the proper length pull rods.

Volume and tone knobs, too. Very cool guitar!

Excel C6
Wow! That's the cleanest undercarriage I've seenl. Is that typical of the Excel guitars?
I'm new to the PSG but while looking for an instrument to buy i've perused many and this one takes the cake for clarity.
Can this guitar be set up E6?

Re: Excel C6
Tom, are you asking if it can be setup E9th? It can easily be setup to E9th, but the 5 pedal 2 knee lever configuration is a standard C6th pedal/knee combination. A 3 pedal 4-5 knee lever configuration is the standard for E9th. I am checking with the builder to see if any knee lever kits are available.Tom Lennon wrote:Wow! Undercarriage
I had a few questions in regards to if knee levers were available, and if the aluminum sub frame was predrilled for easy installation. I believe so, here are a few photos that indicate this:

Hey John,
Thanks, Tim contacted me and we discussed a possible trade for his Fessenden, but he isn't quite sure he wants to let it go quite yet.
As of 08/02/19:
I have 1 close cash offer (but not enough to really make me jump on it), and a trade offer for a Fessenden S-12, but what I really need is a mica D-10, I am willing to put up a fair amount of cash to even out the deal. Let me know what you have.
Thanks,
Mike
