OK fellow steelers, hold on to your hats. This will definitely make your weekend video viewing list.
Pay close attention to the first song. Little Liza Jane played simply and THEN!!!!!
Buddy Emmons and the Swing Shift Band PLUS some of the St Louis Orchestra.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
enjoy and let me know what you think

Wow! Thanks, Bill - marvelous!
How great is E's tone here? And it's on that ugly Sierra!!!
(I know he liked the sound of that guitar.) _________________ Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles, Martins, and a Gibson Super 400!

I'm struck by the level of commitment and preparation here. This is a disciplined and professional show.
Great job on sound and mixing, Bill. _________________ Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles, Martins, and a Gibson Super 400!

Thanks Roger.
People don't realize that we mixed the recording on the fly, through headphones that had to be louder than the room sound. And we did this from ever how many channels were being used, down to 2 tracks for a stereo recording.
No sound checks.
That's back when i still had good ears. Hehe _________________ AUTHORIZED PEAVEY, George L's, Goodrich dealer. I have 2 steels and several amps.
