I think that's the reason Lloyd can do things today on pedal steel that most of us can't. He cut his teeth on non-pedal, non-knee lever steel guitars and discovered different ways of sliding into notes and chords instead of always relying on a knee lever to do it plus Lloyd is a musical genius which doesn't hurt anything.
I have seen this video before but always enjoy seeing it again. Thanks for posting!
