Looking to buy a pedal steel guitar.

Post by Tom Lennon »

Looking to buy a pedal steel guitar, 10 string, 3 X 4, for my grandson so we can have a steel guitar in the family! I just turned 73 and would take it up myself but I think he's got the mindset for it.
Heard lots of good stuff about the Zum Stage One. Just missed a nice Williams.
I also have a nice 1983 black/white Telecaster (like Jeff Buckley's yellow one)
for sale or trade. $1200.

It's a bit of a drive, but maybe combine a trip to San Diego with a visit to Steel Guitars of the North County - http://www.steelguitars.me/

Call ahead and make an appointment before you make the drive though.

Hold out for a good stage one or order a new one there well worth the wait.
That’s just my opinion
For a little more green I would really recommend a Zum Encore.

That new Jackson Maverick will be a great guitar for the money too.
