Thanks! I did them all with a Gibson-made Dobro D60, wood body, squareneck, G tuning from around 1999. The engineer mic'd it through the air to the board - some type of ribbon mic but I don't know what brand/model. What made you think it was a lap steel?

I haven't heard all of them yet, but I had to stop and say I love the video and song "It's Alright". That guy is my hero!
