Hi Reece,

I got a real nice semi classic and am wondering if you have the year it was made. Also would you suggest changing the supersustain 1 pick up? Regards, Brian serial # 1S 4107

Brian....Thank you for your interest in the history of your MSA.

Serial number 1S-4107 shows to be a rosewood formica Semi-Classic which left the factory with 3 pedals and 1 knee lever. Its original destination was our then distributor in Chicago.

Your guitar was born on January 8th 1975.
