Being tuned to just an extended E9, does it have enough hardware to be set up as a full universal E9/B6?

Also how many raises and lowers is the changer capable of?

Thanks

"....Its tuned to an E 9th Emmons setup......"

Is there a possibility of getting a better description than this. If it's a 12 string it's going to be either an extended E9 or an E9/B6 Universal tuning on there.

Could you post the setup of the guitar as it is now.

Thank you

PS There's adequate photos posted, but it's hard to get the details of the tuning and changer from that. (the changer looks like a 3/2)

Sierra U-12

Post by Charley Bond »

That Sierra looks like mine, but mine is a 10 stringer. I do believe that could be configured into a U-12 E9/B6 without much ado.

I'm tempted, but my wife said No, wait, not NO, HELL NO!

That changer looks like mine, it's a 3/2.

I'd bet there's more hardware there, than just an E9/B6 needs, but it only has 7 pedals & some of the U-12 Copedents on here show 8 Pedals.. But that can be remedied, buy Jim Palenscar.
