Hi Paul, if your talking about Bobby Reeds show, they won't
be in Illinois. If he has one this year it'll be near Nashville.
Will miss seeing you and all my other friends for sure. :( :(

Donna and I are really looking forward to this show this week. It is always fun, well-organized, friendly, and features some of the finest steel players around. I am especially excited to get to play with my bud Tim Atwood, and also a set with Jeannie Seely on Saturday.
Do yourself a favor and come on down for all the fun and camaraderie.

The people who put this show together are the best in the business. It’s a great honor to play this show with such featured players and friends. The people that attend this show really enjoy traditional country music. If you or your friends are in the area this coming weekend don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy. See you there friends, it’s going to be fun.

Great turnout with friends and people. Always a pleasure to play. Thanks to Dow and Cord for the invite. Thanks to Mike McGee and Mickey Adams for playing on my sets. Thanks to all the wonderful band members that help out for this event. Wish we could do it all over again in a few weeks. Countless hours were put in for the show and we all appreciate it.

I would like to say a very large THANK YOU to Cord and Dow for the invitation to play this great show. First class all the way for sure, back up band - outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with my Texas boss man Larry Lange both Thursday and Friday, what an absolute treat and thanks to Rhonda Rose Lindsey for the videos on Facebook. Looking forward to next year already. Met some new friends and old acquaintances alike, somewhat like a family reunion. Thanks again to the Southern Illinois Steel Guitar club for a most memorable weekend.

It was a great show with lots of talent, 17 year old Tobin Hess is a monster player, some one to keep an eye out for in the future.

What a great great show. Top notch players and the staff band guys and gals were terrific. Someone asked me who was my favorite player. That’s impossible because they were all so good but if you tend to play shuffles, you really rank up there in my book. Lots and lots of good vocalists throughout the weekend also. Have to give my hat off to bass player, Ric Boyer. During Jeannie Seely’s portion of the show, Ric’s chair slipped and he went flying off the back of the stage. That guy is incredible because he never missed a lick — kept on playing laying on the floor. Wow!! What talent!! Anyway, thanks to Cord, Dow and their crew for putting on such a wonderful show. Can’t wait until next year to do it all over again.
