Could someone please give me the size of the pull rods on a Emmons LeGrande 2 ?.

I defer to J. Roller et al, but as far as I know they are 7/64 or .109.

7/64 (.109) And it is funny, Some 7/64 rods will full thread with a 5X40 die. Some it takes a 4X40 to get a full thread. If you are making the full rod with 90 degree bend. Drill a 7/64 hole in a plate of steel the depth of the L bend on end. Hammer the rod over for a sharp bend so the rod will not drag on another rod or bell crank. Made a few rods and learned this the hard way.
