does anyone know app. what size this tone bar is? I am so bowled over by his exquisite playing.

Just a guess, I'd say 1" diameter, 3.25 to 3.5 inches long and probably around 7+ ounces.
Currently own, 6 Groner-tone lap steels, one 1953 Alamo Lap steel, Roland Cube, Fender Champion 40
