Standel S 40 is going to be 80 watts RMS output into 4 10" speakers. Weight is 53 pounds with standard Standel "S" speakers and the tall cabinet may make it a little top-heavy and a tip risk. The 10" speakers and lower wattage may not suit you for contemporary country playing or give you enough volume/headroom. For smaller venues, lower volumes, and a more retro traditional sound it should be fine. I have multiples of the S 15 with a single 15" and the S 24 with two 12' speakers. The chassis is the same.

Those are great bargains in USD$ or CAN$. You may like the amp with the original speakers, if not I would remove them and the baffle to save for reuse or resale, and then make a new baffle with the 15" speaker. Keeping everything original will always bring you more money if and when you ever sell it. Even if you can't make/install the new baffle/speaker yourself paying someone to to the job is no big deal considering the low prices you're getting both the amp and speaker for.
