2. Remember how heavy my steel was when you helped me carry it? This new Carter S12U is a lot lighter.

What do you mean, I don’t need any guitars any more? That’s why I sold all my other guitars, so that I could get this new one! I have to have at least one! I might be old, but; I ain’t dead yet¡ Image I’ll put the ‘rest’ (he~he) of the money on our car~payments! Image

(All in one sentence)"You don't mind if I buy another steel (or guitar) do you, I hope not because it will be delivered tomorrow." She usually just shrugs her shoulders and says "Whatever". She knows its futile to resist LOL. But she also knows I'm not going to buy something I really can't afford.

To paraphrase Dan Tyack--"Don't look at it as an expensive steel guitar, but like a cheap mid-life crisis". That's the best Image

Oh yeah, I've worn out Jeremey Moyer's line also... Image Except even worse cause I have it bad for expensive, vintage microphones...
[This message was edited by John Macy on 02 December 2005 at 08:46 AM.]

Just DON'T DO IT. Image

I do just like she does when I see her in a brand new dress. Oh baby, I've had that MSA Millenium for years I just don't wear it often.
