John Coop has just sent me the complete hardware - levers, cross shafts, pullers etc. - for a restoration project of a '73 LDG. The superb craftsmanship of these precision parts and their sheer beauty is simply stunning. John has offered invaluable advice, helped me select the parts I need, and made sure that they made the trip across the pond safely. His work and his care for his customers are outstanding.
I know that all of this is old news on this forum. But some things cannot be said often enough.
Thank you, John!

I too just got parts for my LDG (lefthanded) from John.
John help me select what I needed, and even specially made left handed parts for no extra charge. What an upgrade to a great guitar.
A good man.

I know that I'm not great..And some say I imatate..Anymore I don't know..I'm just doing the best I can..Afterall I'm standing in the shadows..Of a very famous man. As I travel around from town to town..I have a lot of Shot's fans and friends come around..They say I know Shot would be proud of you if he were here today..While we're all so glad we know he would be too that you're carring on Sho~Bud this way..Yes, they say Shot was the all time great..And we know you'll be just as good as Shot..But I just smile and say there will never be another Shot Jackson friends..And that's the part that always makes me sad..So many times when I'm at those shows..I feel something go through me..And for a minute I'm in a different world..And that's when it does something to me..The people are gathering and talking even more..While I'm out there showing these parts..I look up towards the ceiling and say to myself..Listen Shot, just listen to that crowd..But as the show goes on..The people gather and look even more..I start to show another one of your great parts..That's the time I know although you're gone..Sho~Bud will live on and on and on.
