A Chord Inversion Chart

Post by Charlie Hansen »

Is there anywhere that I can get a pedals up/pedals down chord inversion chart.
E.G: I know that G is at the 3rd no pedals/6th A and F and 10th A and B. Of course it repeats after the 12th fret and I can figure out other chords from that but is there a chart anywhere that would give me any chord at any position with and without pedals. I'm sure someone has one.
I've seen some of the other charts but I find them difficult to grab the information from.
I don't know much but what I know I know very well.
Carter S-10 3X5, Peavey Nashville 112, plus Regal dobro and too many other instruments to mention.
Bluegrass Island CFCY FM 95.1 Charlottetown, PE, Canada, on the web at cfcy.fm.
A Touch Of Texas CIOE FM 97.5 Sackville, NS, Canada,
on the web at cioe975.ca.

The best chart I've ever seen was the back page of one of Jeff Newmans books. I'll see if I can find it and and make it available.

There are three good ones I've seen. One is here https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=147199 you need to download it from her site.
Another is the chord booklet here https://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtop ... hord+chart
Both are from forum members.
Finally, the best reference I've seen is Troy Brenningmeyers chord chart. Its available from his web site, google lessons with troy. I think its part of lesson 6. Costs $10 bucks or so but well worth it in my opinion.
