Identify Speaker

Can someone please identify make, madel etc. of this speaker? Any help would be appreciated. Is it any good or is it a cheap speaker?

Jerry, looks like it comes up as a Peavey. 400 watt speaker as used in the PA pro15 speaker system. I have that PA speaker set but never used it for anything else. Sells new from Parts Express for 99.00 as a raw speaker.
