I'm pretty sure it's Jack Greene. The pedal steel sounds a lot like Jimmy Day but I don't know if he did any sessions with Jack. I believe that Buddy Charleton did, so I'd guess it's him although I'm not sure it's his sound.

It is Jack Greene with Buddy Charleton, back from the days when Jack was still a Texas Troubadour, before he started his solo career. Great stuff! :)
