I wish I would have taken photos of PF's performance at Scotty's Convention when he had 3 steels set up in a U fashion in the middle of the stage.
One was most likely a Peda-Bro.....as it seems to be to be around the time of PF's Akoostix project.
Anyone remember the year and / or have photos?
Or perhaps Paul may chime in........
Multiple steels instead of multiple necks

Innovation!
Got some real smart guys. Some of these innovations amaze me. The best I ever did was build me a dual neck 6 string many years ago that I played Hawaiian style music on. Some of these I see that you guys come up with really impress me. Keep coming up with new ideas guys.
Played the Steel from 1948. Have had the opportunity to play a multitude of Military venues considering I spent over 32 years with the U.S. Army. Got to play in many foreign countries which was fantastic. Married to the same woman for more than 57 years. Have children, all of them served in the military. 7 Grandchildren.

I have a Fairytale that is arriving at the shop in 3 weeks.
I feel like a 6 year old waiting for Christmas.
Only bigger of course.
And a lot older.
A banjo, like a pet monkey, seems like a good idea at first.
