Rey Sabado (new forum member) is the boy with the tambourine. His sister Lori is behind him, playing the Fender acoustic.
Rey will be selling his triple neck Fender (one of those pictured) here on the forum soon. Watch for it.

Hi everyone,
Thank you Bob! I am Rey and happy to find this site. It's been very interesting to read some of the post in other areas. Never knew there were many Honolulu Conservatory of Music named schools around the country. Would be interesting to learn if the teaching methods and music were the same. I have a lot of Oahu sheet music that I used while learning.
To answer a few questions.
The photo date circa 1965
My brother really wanted the Fender Cornado and to the best of my knowledge he still has it. My sister guitar of choice was a Fender Malibu with a pick up installed.
The teachers name was Mrs Piper. Funny she loved Fender guitars but had her trusty Gibson that she played the heck out of. Many times created her own arrangements for this little group she put together. Clearly very passionate and would of loved to have a sit down with her now to learn her story.
I live in Seattle and the photo was taken during the annual Washington State Fair in Puyallup, WA.
Currently I am going through my stuff and it is time for me to find a new home for my triple neck. I really hoping it will find a good home, more later.

Old thread, but here's an article about Mrs. Piper's franchise...
