I haven't decided yet because I don't yet play like Lloyd, but is there anybody who could add an LKV to my 1995 Franklin D10, and how? I might have to buy the hardware from PF Sr? Comments?
Thanks, Glenn _________________ Franklin D10 8&5, Excel D10 8&5. Both amazing guitars! Not trying to be the "vintage police" or anything, but......
If any pedal steel is somewhat "collectable" it's probably the Franklin.
Any mods to it might diminish its value somewhat. |

I totally hear you and agree. If I were to do it, I would have to use original Franklin parts, and I would have to find somebody I'm sure wouldn't drill a hole (or 2) in the wrong place (or all the way through the neck!). _________________ Franklin D10 8&5, Excel D10 8&5. Mike Cass is the guy Dad has been sending folks to and he will do it right and can get the parts.

Thank you Paul (and Paul)! Having it not done right is not an option.
(Mine is the "eggplant" purple one s/n 168 I think) _________________ Franklin D10 8&5, Excel D10 8&5. Both amazing guitars!
