Again Jeff DeMaio has put together a spectacular weekend in the Northeast featuring world class and local players, (check out the Flyer), make a dent in your busy schedule to attend, and hang out with the best guys in the Northeast.

More details to follow, but don't miss the Gunsmoke show with special guests the night before the show at the Piedmont Club in Darien Ct. Last year was a blast. Get your hotel reservation now so you can attend Saturday and Sunday!!

Understood Ben, it's A long way up from F-L-A, just don't be a stranger, I just gave your wife's cousin Ray a good recommendation, hope it works out. Enjoy the heat, it's cold here now🙁

Great Stu, don't miss the Saturday night show and jam at Piedmont Club, it's right up the street in Darien, and is a great time, this will be the third year doing this event.

Another bump to the top, less than two weeks away now.

If anyone attending is interested, I have a Heath Kit Oscilloscope if anyone wants it. Looks in good condition. I know no one uses them any more but might like to mess with it.

Just in time! My poor neglected Super Pro is about to collapse under the weight of accumulated dust. I always come away with renewed enthusiasm after this show.

Manny, The Saturday night show is a ton of fun, cool place and great music and jamming with the players and the fabulous Gunsmoke Band. Gonna be great with Joe, Eddy and Lucky and Jeff DeMaio. Last year Buck Reid and Lucky joined Jeff and it was too much fun.

I am eagerly looking forward to seeing Eddy Dunlap this year, as well as the return of Joe Wright, and Lucky O who will be making his 3rd appearance at the show, and the great Jim Cohen and the rest. We are lucky to have Lucky back when he makes the trip back to the motherland to visit from his adopted homeland of the great Outback.

Thanks Lucky for being our guest once again!!

Howard, Usually 2.5-3 hrs. a break in the middle usually, maybe Jeff will chime in. Its a really cool events, nice place with cheap beer and drink and some food. I just called Jeff and he confirmed that that is correct 8-11 with break in the middle

Great, Its been done the last two years and its a ton of fun, lets the players stretch out a bit in a nice club style atmosphere. The Piedmont Club is only about 5 minutes away from the Hotel as well.

Getting a little dusting of snow tonight then it clears out for the PSGA weekend.
Confirmed with all our pickers today and they are pumped about playing this weekend.
Good lineup with a first time visit from Eddy Dunlap to the return of Joe Wright and Lucky Oceans a crowd favorite.
Hope you can make time to visit and get inspired.

I have such happy memories of attending this show! Not sure of the year but maybe '97? I was living in NYC so it wasn't far to go.

That was the first time I really became aware of Doug Jernigan and what an incredible talent he is. It may be heresy but I enjoyed it more than the St Louis show - this one was so intimate. I've barely been to any other steel shows since then as my gig schedule has prevented it but this one was special for me. I wish everyone a happy weekend.

And could someone please say 'Hi!' to my old friend Van Manakas?
