Best way to contact Melissa at Jeffran College??????

I ordered the Up From The Top course from Jeffran when VHS was the vedio method used. I have had my VHS replaced with the DVDs and when I got them there is nothing on them and they will not play. This is only the disc for the F and D knee lever courses. My AB pedal disc were perfect. I have tried to contact Melissa repeatedly by email and tried by phone but the phone number I have does not work. Even though I paid for the first disc replacement, I am to the point I would pay again just to be able to get on with the course and have offered in my emails to do so, but I cannot get Melissa to respond to me after MANY attempts. Can anyone help me get in touch with her or know if she is having some kind of personal problem and is just unable to respond? If it is a personal problem, I will gladly wait. This is certainly not life or death. This is a hobby. I am certainly not trying to be cold or overbearing if she is in some sort of crisis. However, if this is just a matter of not responding when I have paid good money for a product is unacceptable. I have been emailing her at Jeffran college.com address if there is a better email address or if anyone knows a phone number that would work, please let me know. Thanks for any help or input to help me solve my problem.
