Phenomenal plate reverb coming from that amp! They said no effects added, so it has to be built-in... right?

That amp overdrive is scrumptious—couldn’t think of a better word!

Stephen, there’s no way that is amp reverb. Must have been a pedal.

Sounds a heck of a lot better than any K&F I've had, though I haven't heard one of the matching amps in person.

There were no amps with built-in reverb back then, so something about their description doesn't add up.

Also note that this was played with the amp connected to a different cabinet and speaker, not the one you can see.

I think the "reverb" is just the way the cabinet is miked in the room. They are not using the speaker in Leo's original amp.

If Jason says there are no effects...there are no effects. SO it must be studio/miking.

There is no way they got that much reverb from the room. It's definitely an added effect.

The amp is mono and the reverb is stereo so it was definitely added at mixdown for sure. I think no effects in this case refers to pedals between guitars and the amp.
