Are you asking what raises and lowers should be put on various strings? If that's your question you might start by going to the links tab on the upper right and get to the copedents page and study what's there for awhile.

What tuning are you intending to use? E9th, C6th, or something else?

I see you have 3 floor pedals, which is very standard for the E9 tuning, but are there any knee levers? How many? And how many strings does it have? I'm guessing ten, but I can't really tell from the picture.

If you know what tuning you plan to use, and what raises and lowers you want, but don't know how to set it up, then you question becomes very difficult for anyone to answer.

You built the steel so you should know how the linkages connect. You have changers on both ends so this steel is unlike 99 percent of the steels on this planet. In taking a second look at the one picture, I'm not sure you really have a changer at both ends. It looks like a fairly typical keyless setup at the keyhead end, and then a fairly normal changer (probably all pull) at the changer end. But you have said otherwise.

We need a lot more info. How about many more pictures.

Yes Paul, there are 4 knees I might put on a verticle knee lever but this guitar is not an all pull guitar, I want a standard Emmons setup.

Steve, your question is a little mystifying because you have built a nice-looking push-pull guitar with changers at both ends, and you know that you want a standard Emmons set up. As the builder, you would presumably know how to put that setup (or any reasonable setup) onto your guitar. So, what specifically are you asking for help with?

(BTW, I think we'd enjoy seeing some close up photos of the changers and undercarriage, and it might help someone answer your question more readily.)
