Come join in the fun family of steel guitar players and appreciative listeners. This past spring was a blast with the greatest players on pedal, non pedal, dobro and fiddle. And then there was me, the wantabe.

So beginner or Pro come Jam with us at the Vista Elks Lodge, 1947 East Vista Way, Vista, California 92084 on September 22nd, 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Sept. 23rd, 9:00Am to noon. Lunch available on Saturday and Breakfast available on Sunday. A donation is asked to help pay the electric bill for the facility.

Thanks for doing these, I came down and just watched last year, it seemed as everyone knew the jam tracks, is that the case? If so how do I get involved. Thanks so much

How far is Vista from L.A.?

It's 89 miles from my house to Jim P's shop in Oceanside. How far is it from there?

Thanks for the invitation, but it's just too far away. It takes me between 2 and 3 hours to drive to Jim's, and at least 4 hours to get home because of the traffic on I-5. I'd spend more time driving than playing.

I am planning on Saturday, as a LAP STEEL fan and observer.

What a wonderful event you put on Harvey!

I went Saturday, and all of the players were
well prepared with the backing tracks, and all
were excellent players.

You mentioned a possible event for April 2019-
keep us all posted please.
