The body of the guitar is nicely figured solid mahogany wood. It has cool looking art work pearloid fret board and pearloid binding. Its all original and sounds great.
I would say the condition is excellent, like a 9.5 out of 10.
It comes from a smoke free, pet and child free home. It has a few tiny ding marks, that you would have to look very hard to see.The case is nice. It has some marks on it but has no rips or tears. There is no key for the locks.
