I had a waterslide decal made for a Stringmaster by an ebay seller last year. I sent him the basic dimensions: height of the "F", overall length and spaghetti style and he got it close enough for me to use. That vendor doesn't appear to be active anymore but I'll bet many of the others on ebay that do headstock decals will do a custom one for you. I'd try this guy when he gets back from vacation:

Jerry - do a search on etsy.com. There are lots of sellers with the correct artwork who will do custom jobs for $15-$20

I have vinyl cutters and can make vinyl decals. I would need a good picture looking straight into the guitar and overall height and width measurements. I have made decals for others here on the forum.
p.s. Those wanting water slide decals, you can simply buy water slide media from most any office supply, and print them yourself on most any color printer. Of course, you can't print "white".
