I have a choice between:
Quadraverb 1 or TC Electronics M350?
Which one should I use.

I've never used an M350. The Quadraverb has a 16 bit audio to digital converter which sounds quite okay but is not state of the art. The Quadraverb reverb sounds like you are sitting in a geodesic dome. You can sort of hear the separate echos or reflections across the stereo field rather than having a continuous reverb field. So that aspect also puts it a little behind the times.

I have a Quadverb I used on vocals . You can have it for 50 bucks if you pay the shipping ? Nothing wrong just don't do PA's anymore.
