Custom Simmons Genesis SD-10 (Lefty) $900 - Sold

Post by William Elliott »

Hey folks,

Have this Simmons steel that i came into recently, but turned out to be a Lefty, as i wasn't able to be in person to check it out.

I spoke with Bob Simmons about a possible conversion, and he is perhaps one of the coolest people you could speak with, just a great guy. but when all said and done, a conversion would have been too much for me on this one.

So anyways, the steel is in pretty good shape, and operates as it should. but may want to be looked over as i'm not familiar with setups, and couple tuning pegs seemed a little stiff/tight to me.

Unfortunately it came with no case, but comes with some instruction books, bar, and setup sheet from Bob. (seat comes with it as well if picked up)

Asking $900 + Ship Sold - Donation will be sent

Trade Interests:

- Might be a long shot, but open to trades for a right hand steel, just not a starter steel as i have a GFI S-10 here.
Zumsteel Encore or Another Simmons would be ideal, but let me know what you got.

- Pedal Steel Amp - Peavey Nashville 112, Nashville 1000 or maybe others

Pickup is always best, as i can do a better deal that route. but can ship if need be.
Check, M/O, Or PayPal.

PM for more info/Pics or phone number.

Video of Bob playing the Genesis - great picker

Thanks Russel.

Yea if it was a right hand it wouldn't be going anywhere.
very nice solid steel.

My right hand picking is bad enough, the ole left hand is quite atrocious.

Bump and a slight price drop before listing on Ebay as well.

Thanks.
