An 87 year old friend of mine who is not a steeler inherited his departed friend's gear which included the mint Sierra Session D-10 8X4 you see in the pics here. He also has a Randall "Steel Man 500" with a 15" speaker. I'm unfamiliar with the Sierra line and would like to find out the age and model of the guitar so I can research its value to get a fair price for him. Is "Session D-10" the specific model of the guitar? Can anyone help me? If any of you all are interested in it please PM me. It's in the high desert of Southern CA about 2 hours East of LA. Much thanks!

That is a 'Sierra' brand, not an 'MSA'. One of the best engineered guitars on the planet, if your back can handle the weight. I seem to recall the great Buddy Emmons played one for a period.

Thanks to my friends for the info and especially to Jerry Knapper. He's a wellspring of info on Sierra guitars! I will be posting it for sale soon with more pics.
