Does anyone know what as happened at Jeffran?
On Feb 10th I ordered and paid for $75 worth of materials. As of
Feb 23rd I have received nothing. I have sent three e-mails and
received no replies. I hope it's nothing serious. Maybe just
computer problems.

I ordered some pics on 2/10 but I think it said she had them back ordered or something so I am just being patient.

The web site says the picks are pre - order, which means when she gets enough orders to help defray the costs , she will order them and ship them out.
I'll bet if you order a bunch of them, she will order them quicker.

I also have not had communication from Melissa since Feb 2. Hoping all is well with her.
Maybe some one who lives nearby could check and update us.

Good News!! Today (Feb 26th) I received the materials I ordered on
February 10th. The envelope indicates that Jeffran paid $7.25 for
PRIORITY MAIL 2-DAY and the USPS promised to deliver by Feb 15th.
Can we blame Trump for this? Maybe not. He has enough problems.
Jeffran had a special at the time I ordered. "BUY 3 GET ONE FREE".
I bought 3 Workshops and Jeffran sent me four. The fourth one was
not what I requested but I can live with that. Glad that everything is
working alright (except the USPS).

I asked on the Jeffran music Facebook page and got this reply this morning..

“We are currently waiting on an update from our supplier as our contact has been out of office due to a family emergency we’ve been advised. We will be sending an update email regarding pick orders ASAP. We appreciate everyone’s patient with this process as we are just as eager to have these back in stock. Thank you so much again for your continued support to Jeffran College. We certainly appreciate each and everyone of you. Have a Blessed Day!”

Melissa, hope you can add a search field, it's a little fiddly finding specific things on your site. Also couldn't find a link to email you direct.
