Best PSG tab editor for Windows?

I'll be doing some PSG instruction this year and want to create some tab for students.

I know TablEdit is used by many, but there are several alternatives now.

I want to to do E9 and C6 tab, have it easily handle indication of pedals and levers.

I've not yet figured out in TablEdit how to make a 10 string template. But I sure am glad that they support Xaphoon, right out of the box (??).

Generation of notation is low priority, but might be handy.

Opinions?
