Carmen Acciaioli plays with Agave Posse Band and others as well. Multi-instrumental player and a nice guy.
Many play better than I do. Nobody has more fun.

Dave- I'm of no help regarding steel players around Amarillo? I played a few months back in Pampa, with Greg Gibbs and Dwight Cook was our bass man. Great guy and musician. He told me was not playing steel, due to a thumb problem. He seemed to be doing pretty good other than that. I don't have his contact, but I bet he would have knowledge of players in the Amarillo area.

Dwight has been le a Father to me; as he has been for a lot of us. It's good to see folks asking about him. He doesn't play steel anymore, but still plays a mean bass. Larry Hamilton is a great player and a great guy to talk with, if your lucky to catch out playing.
