As is pointed out in Marco’s enlarged pictures, the only thing standing in your way (literally) is the stop/bracket for your Vertical Knee~Lever. If you just turn that 90° you'll have no problem moving Pedal #1 over to the #4-position! That's the only thing you have to move! Your KL’s are correct as they are. Only P-1 is out of place, but; actually it would be simpler and quicker to move all (3)-pedals over (1)-notch! That way you won't have to rearrange any bellcranks! Just trim off your first (2) pull-rods to use on the new (C)-pedal!
