Sho-Bud S12 Pro 1 (6160) ~'74

Post by Scott Nipper »

I'm selling my PSG. Extended E9. 3 pedals, 4 levers. Original case. Has a new RKR lever. Missing one foot. I think everything else is original. Sounds great. Plays great. Normal wear and tear for a guitar of this vintage. Just don't have time to practice right now so I'm letting her go.

LKL raises E to F except low E (12th string) which lowers do D#. LKR lowers G# (6th string) to F#. The RKL lowers the Es. RKR has a double stop and lowers D# (2nd string) to D then C#. Emmons setup.

$1700 plus shipping out of Sacramento to lower 48.

Let me know if interested. Thanks!

Is it a Rack & Barrel set up underneath?

Tony...I have one like that but more knees added on. Same double raise / single lower and the tear drop knee levers, so it's not going to be the pot metal variety. As experts like Ricky Davis would say...one of the best changer system, plus the typical full Sho-Bud tone :D

Yes I agree with Micky. Tony; no it is not a rack and barrel; as it is nylon tuning.

Thanks Ricky, and you know how mine was burnt up in a house fire and "restored" ........ How many modern "lighter" steels could survive that issue?? :D

Hi Scott, Do you think there are enough rods and bellcranks in there to reverse the function of the Right Knee-Levers?
I'm used to lowering E's on RKR, and D# to D on RKL.
Nice Pro-1 :)
