Or send the chassis and reverb to Peavey. They are aware of the Fox mod. A local repair shop probably doesn't. I wouldn't want them poking around my amp.

I agree with the others. I would send it to Mike Brown at Peavey. Put him to work on it LOL. I have heard nothing but good things about Mike . He'll get you back going for sure.

Another vote to box up the chassis and reverb pan and send to Peavey. Quick turnaround, very reasonable, and top notch work.

Its well worth it.

Excellent Peavey Service

Post by Jerry Van Hoose »

I recently contacted Mike Brown by Forum PM regarding service/repair/software update on my Peavey Tubefex. Mike along with the Peavey Service Center technicians took care of everything requested. Extremely quick turnaround and excellent work at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Mike along with everyone at Peavey!

I recommend the same speaker which can be ordered through your local Peavey dealer or direct from the factory parts department by calling toll free at 1-877-732-8391, ext. 8106. The item number of this speaker is 30777234.
